For which tasks (responsibilities)?
creation of concepts, color concepts;
final rendering of difficult objects/backgrounds.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
knowledge of art production pipelines in gaming industry;
understanding the intricacies of different styles of casual game art;
the ability to optimize the timing of the stages;
good communication and organizational skills;
experience with task management systems;
thorough knowledge of Photoshop and graphics tablet.
What is important for us in a person?
experience with a wide range of graphic editing programs;
art education.
