ad code — but great playables need a creative brain steering the ship. Today, nobody in our operation owns playable

quality end-to-end. You will.

You'll be laser-focused on creative quality — writing briefs, reviewing output, and raising the bar on every playable we

ship. You'll lead and manage a team of creative professionals doing the same.

performance data into clear creative direction

Review and provide sharp, actionable feedback on briefs from your team

Review and provide detailed feedback on playable ads — mechanics, visuals, juice, UX flow — to make them

both amazing and high-performing

Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals on quality standards

Stay informed on creative performance metrics and conduct creative research to guide decisions
