Game Analyst

Values Value, a recruiting expert in game development, is looking for a Game Analyst for our client, a developer of casual games for mobile and desktop platforms. The company develops Premium and F2P games in genres such as farming, city builders, simulators, and time management. The company's portfolio includes over 50 projects published on Steam, Apple Store, Google Play, and Amazon.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, PC

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Implement analytics in projects.

• Set KPIs within projects and/or forecast key metrics: LTV, retention, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS.

• Track and calculate indicators that primarily affect monetization.

• Compile and submit reports.

• Identify potential problems, including planning experiments, organizing them, calculating results, and interpreting results.

• Formulate hypotheses for improving project monetization.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience working as an analyst in the game development industry on casual and/or mid-core projects.

• Experience with analytical services such as devtodev, AppsFlyer.

• Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze results.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL.

• Excellent knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.

• Understanding of analysis and forecasting methods.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. will be a plus.
