Right now, we're hoping to strengthen our team with a Game Producer in the RnD department.
RnD is the creation of new projects from scratch. It's fast-paced development and making decisions. You will be responsible for the strategic evolution of a project, engaging in the development and implementation of new features as well as setting up processes. You won't miss new trends in the hyper/hybrid casual games market because you'll be the one creating them, pushing the project to even greater success!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Creating new games. Think up and implement hypotheses for future hits
Project analysis. Monitor the project to promptly identify and solve problems affecting its economy and monetization
Studying the market. Stay in the loop about new trends to implement fresh ideas and approaches in our projects
Growing performance indicators. Work on improving player retention, engagement, and monetization
Working with the team. Manage and inspire the team to achieve high results
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience as a producer, product owner, or a lead game designer
A portfolio of successful hyper/hybrid casual projects (mandatory)
Knowledge of the hyper/hybrid casual games market and the development of trends within it
Experience using analytical systems
